TDU 001 is a fully fitted tiny-home package from $71,500 incl. GST. It includes a 3.5-tonne trailer base, reverse-cycle air-conditioning, queen-sized bed, kitchen, ensuite bathroom and practical storage.
The unit uses a galvanised steel structure, insulated wall and roof systems, hybrid SPC flooring and double-glazed aluminium openings, with electrical and plumbing works completed to Australian safety and regulatory requirements.
Final colours, cladding, delivery costs, site requirements and documentation are confirmed in the written quote for your project.

50 mm EPS panels that slide together and are available in various colours, completing the interior and exterior finish at the same time. RHS steel frames can also be used for added durability, with metal cladding or WPC cladding externally and interior cladding or plasterboard and paint internally.

Colorbond corrugated 15 mm EPS sandwich panels.
Electrical and plumbing
Electrical and plumbing works are completed to Australian safety and regulatory requirements.

TDU offers a 5-year warranty on structural integrity and major components from the date of delivery or completion, covering defects in workmanship or materials under normal use and conditions.
Coverage
- Structure and frame: defects in the frame, walls and roofing system
- Windows and doors: defects affecting functionality
- Plumbing and electrical systems: installation faults affecting performance
- Interior finishes: defects in cabinetry, flooring and other finishes
- Appliances and fixtures included in the original installation, subject to manufacturer warranties
Exclusions
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents or improper maintenance
- Regular wear and tear, including cosmetic damage
- Damage from natural disasters or external factors such as storms or flooding
- Modifications or repairs by unauthorised third parties
- Appliances and systems covered by their own manufacturer warranties
Claim process
- Contact TDU within 7 days of discovering the issue
- Provide photos, a written description of the defect and relevant receipts
- TDU will assess the claim and advise whether repair, replacement or refund applies
Consumer rights
This warranty is provided in addition to rights under Australian Consumer Law, including protections for consumers against defective goods.
Limit and transfer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to repair, replacement or, where this is not possible, a full or partial refund. The warranty can transfer to subsequent owners when the transfer process and documentation are completed.
Extended warranty
A 2-year extended warranty is available for AUD 4,999.

$1,000 deposit
A $1,000 deposit secures your build. No refunds on deposits are given after 24 hours from the date the deposit is received.
Delivery and installation
The remaining amount plus delivery costs must be paid before delivery. Flat-pack delivery is available anywhere in Australia, and tiny houses can be installed within 5 days once site conditions and requirements are ready.

Full payment must be made before units can be delivered. If you wish to inspect the unit, inspection must be completed before delivery.
No refunds or returns are made once payment is made. By making payment, you are agreeing to the stated terms and conditions.
