Permits and engineering

Check the rules before you build.

If your project requires a building permit, TDU can discuss engineering certification and footing plans as part of the quote pathway.

Frame kits are structural starting points. Your site, intended use, footing design, local council requirements and certifier advice determine what is required before construction.
