There are real decisions behind every tiny home. Our job is to make them visible early, explain the trade-offs and keep you moving with confidence.
Discuss your requirements
We talk through inclusions, add-ons, site access and delivery. If you choose to proceed, the current process begins with a $1,000 deposit.
Confirm the build
Your written proposal sets out the selected unit, options, delivery and responsibilities. A 50% payment is due before build commencement under the current purchase process.
Build in Sydney
Local trades assemble and fit out your unit using the agreed steel, insulated panel and flooring systems.
Prepare the site
You arrange the required approvals, access, supports, services and site works unless your written proposal expressly includes them.
Final payment and delivery
Once the unit is complete and final payment is processed, we coordinate pickup, placement or the quoted transport solution.
