Our tiny house is built on a registered trailer, so it leaves the yard as a finished building and is towed straight to your block — no crane, no craning fee, no assembly on site.
What decides the day is access: the width of the path in, the turning space at the end of it, and the ground it sits down on. We check all three before you commit.

Free pickup is available from the Moorebank yard if you arrange your own transport — the trailer is registered and road-legal.

included.
Unless shown in your proposal, delivery does NOT include site preparation, pads or footings, service connections, crane hire, permits or council approvals.
We're happy to recommend trades we've worked with for pads, power and plumbing — you engage them directly.
